2024 Litter Week 1

So it is hard to believe that the little ones turn a week old on February 7/8. They doubled in size from their birth weights. (And those weights were up to 20 hours after their birth!) Abbey continued to be an attentive momma, keeping the nursery clean, and her pups fed. She was quite open to others being in the room with her, whether canine or human. Quite different from our other momma's through the years who were pretty protective of their newborns. Here are some pictures of the pups on their one week anniversary.
